The Gold Package includes:
- 5 visits
- Initial evaluation of pertinent medical history, physical activity, social history, nutritional intake, etc. We use this information along with your current food log to develop your personalized plan.
- Four follow up visits. In each visit, we continue to adjust your plan as needed to help you achieve your goals.
- Recommendations for supplements, if needed.
- Evaluation of current fitness plan and strategies to improve it, OR development of an initial fitness plan
- In office demonstrations of exercises for plan (if needed)
- Photos/PDFs via email demonstrating exercises (if needed)
- Complete nutritional analysis of one week food log, which will include:
- Daily calorie level
- Macronutrient percentages (percentages of carbohydrates, proteins, fats)
- Micronutrient intake (vitamins, minerals) and what percentages of the recommended daily allowance are achieved
- Overall average for these nutrient categories.
- Evaluation of lab work brought in by you, if available
- Goal sheet and action plans
- Lists of food sources for any nutrients that were found to have been low in the your food log
- Three weeks of personalized menus including “day specific” tips, if applicable
- Personalized menu template to help you develop your own menus

Silver Package

You will learn how to fine tune your eating and exercise plan to start achieving the results you want.
The Silver Package includes:
- 4 visits

I didn’t find out about PCOS until I started working in health care almost ten years ago as a registered and licensed dietitian. I started having clients who were having symptoms that I remembered going through. I realized then that I needed to learn as much as I could about the condition so that I could help not only my clients, but myself as well.
I went through well over 40 hours of continuing education through two different PCOS experts, and I continue to study the condition to this day. I am happy to say that I have been able to keep virtually all of my lab values and weight within normal limits and feel as healthy as ever. What’s just as great is the number of women I have worked with who have also been able to turn their lives around and experience relief from many of their symptoms.
Sadly, there are still not many nutritionists who have expertise in PCOS. That’s why I created my ebook series and accompanying audio books on PCOS.
